GH605 is a cobalt-based superalloy reinforced by solid solution of 20Cr and 15W. It has moderate durability and creep strength below 815°C, excellent oxidation resistance below 1090°C, and satisfactory process performance such as forming and welding. It is suitable for the manufacture of hot-end high-temperature parts such as aero-engine combustion chambers and guide vanes that require medium strength and excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance. It can also be used on aerospace engines and space shuttles. It can produce and supply various deformed products, such as sheet, medium plate, strip, bar, forging, wire and precision casting.
