4、 Structure of NS336 (Inconel625, N06625, 2.4610) corrosion resistant alloy:
1. Transformation temperature of NS336 alloy:
2. Time Temperature Structure Transformation Curve of NS336 Alloy
3. Structure of NS336 alloy: the structure of the alloy in the solution state is austenitic matrix and a small amount of TiN, NbC, and M6C phases. After long-term aging at 650~900 ℃, the precipitated phases are γ "、 δ、 M23C6 and M6C. Main precipitation after long-term aging at 650~700 ℃ γ The strength at room temperature and high temperature of the alloy is obviously improved, and the plasticity is reduced, but still remains at a high level; the main precipitation occurs after aging at 780~850 ℃ δ Although the strength of the alloy is improved, the plasticity of the alloy is decreased. After aging at 900 ℃, there is only a small amount of precipitates, so the mechanical properties are close to the solid solution state. δ The phase is orthorhombic lamellar Ni3Nb, and exists as needle like widmanstatten structure.

When the alloy is working at no higher than 650 ℃, hot rolled, cold rolled or annealed materials can be used as required. When the working temperature is above 650 ℃, the annealing process can be used for the parts requiring better fatigue performance and tensile strength, and the solution treatment can be used for the parts requiring better creep and durability.
4. NS336 surface treatment process: when removing the oxide skin on the alloy surface, alkali washing is first performed, and then acid washing is performed in nitric acid hydrofluoric acid water solution.
5. NS336 cutting and grinding performance: carbide or high-speed steel tools shall be used. The cutting tool used shall have a positive rake angle. It is recommended to use water-based coolant for high speed cutting and viscous coolant for low speed cutting.
